Refund policy

You can ask for a refund of the unused part of a credit pack (including church packs) within 14 days of buying it. Go to the Credits page in the app, find the purchase under "Refunds", and tap "Request refund". You can also email JesusAllgo@outlook.com.

We review each request, usually within 2 business days. Once approved, the unused questions are removed from your balance, and the matching share of what you paid (including any tax) goes back to your original payment method through Stripe. It usually shows up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. For example, if you bought 25 questions and used 5, you get back 20/25 of the price.

Each customer can receive up to 2 refunds. Gifts that have already been sent can't be refunded through the app. Please contact us instead.

If an answer fails to come through, the question is returned to your balance automatically. If you were charged for a purchase but didn't receive credits, contact us and we'll fix it right away.

Free monthly questions have no cash value and can't be refunded or exchanged.
